SHARE's aims are simple - to support families in crisis, to support people who are homeless in North Wales and Cheshire and to assist refugees fleeing for their lives, wherever they are in the world. Following on from the loss of revenues caused by the forced closure of the Share Shop in Chester they set up a Covid-19 emergency fund and appealed for donors to support the ongoing cost of basic provisions, food, clothing, sanitary & hygiene products to the homeless. University Lodge of Chester were proud to support this worthy initiative recently in the knowledge that the Share team will deploy exactly what is needed to those who need it most and when it is most needed – and any spare funds left over when the crisis abates will be diverted to their general homeless fund.
